Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Wordbound: Word Search Puzzle mobile application (“Wordbound”). By installing or playing Wordbound you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
Wordbound is provided free of charge for personal use on devices you own or are responsible for. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies of it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your phone, and you are responsible for keeping it. We cannot recover it if the game is reset or uninstalled, or the phone is lost.
Advertising
Wordbound is supported by ads, provided by Google AdMob under Google’s own terms. A video that removes ads for 24 hours is always optional. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any product or site an ad leads to.
No warranty
Wordbound is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will work on every phone, or that it will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost progress, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Wordbound. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue Wordbound or any of its features at any time.
